The annual Uplift Climate Conference is for young people, by young people. We craft and launch climate action, celebrate the diversity of the Colorado Plateau, engage in creative storytelling, build skills, and form lasting relationships for a sustainable climate action community.

september 15-17. Lone Mesa Campground.

Uplift is a climate justice conference created for - and by - young people. This outdoor gathering brings together young adults from all over the Colorado Plateau to shape the dialogue of climate justice and conservation within our home landscape. We inspire the passion and community necessary and equip budding change-makers with the skills and vocabulary to build our regional movement for a just and livable future.

In 2017, over 150 youth joined us in an outdoor gathering of learning, community building, and youth empowerment. The 2017 Uplift Climate Conference was a space for young people to define the future of the Colorado Plateau, these landscapes and communities we call home.

Young people have so much to offer the world. Uplift provides creative space to connect and grow together as we assume leadership roles. It’s a community for young people to speak to each other about the most pressing issues in our real, authentic voices.
